This year, the Friends are privileged to be the chosen charity of Vooba, a digital marketing company based in Barlavington, near Petworth.
Staff have already raised several hundred pounds from taking part in the challenging Slindon Slog locally and running quizzes and cake sales.
Now Tony Humberstone, the boss of Vooba, is out training hard to do well in his next Ironman challenge – on Sunday 16th June in Vendée, France, where he will be facing three tough events – a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and 13.1 mile run.
Tony says he “always wants to be the best at everything” and we wish him well as he takes on this tough Triathlon challenge, raising funds for Friends of Chichester Hospitals.
